After I tried to use IE to open this XML file, the following error message appeared:

“cannot view xml input using style sheet. Please correct the error and then click the Refresh button, or try again later.”

I have checked W3C ’s website and they claimed that due to excessive incoming request for DTD schema validation service, they just “refused” us to request the resource of the file “xhtml1-strict.dtd”, and returned error 503 from their web server.

Does anyone can teach me on how to download a local copy of DTD file and then used it together with this frozen age XML file ? Thank you.

I’m trying to help a friend use this template and everything is working, with the exception of commenting is not working now since the install.

Do we have to do the “recent commenting” feeds or is that different?
