This is the newest colour but i’m already use it when the blue color lunch.Check out this blog

I’m a little frustrated with this template. I have a few problems with the display. In order of descending importance:

1. Why is the image in the top post not displaying correctly?
2. I think six 125×125 ads are a bit obnoxious and would like to tone it down a little. Also, this is not a good size for image ads from Google or Amazon, and I would really like to have those options. How can I convert it to another size — say 240×90 in a single column?
3. I replaced the banner in the header with a Google Referral banner. I used the EXACT SAME CODE that worked on my other blog (ginkgo100.blogspot.com), but it is not showing up.

I really like the look and would like to stick with it, rather than find a new template. I’ve customized it some, so check it out!

The problem I just noticed is that in Firefox it displays exactly like it should, but in IE the columns on the right side are pushed down to the bottom, below the blocks where my blog posts are. How do I fix this?

Phenomenal theme. I saw it over at moneymakerinfo.blogspot .com. So I came here to see what else you had. I really like this one. Looking for one like this but for WP.

Great template, I’m in love with this template.

But the issues I have is the same with that of comment no. 7 and 12. It doesn’t display the date of posts only the time. I can see Catea complain on this was way back June, does it mean that there’s no fix for it, David? Somebody? Anybody?

Is anyone able to help? It seems no matter what template I try I keep getting the same error:

Your template could not be parsed as it is not well-formed. Please make sure all XML elements are closed properly.
XML error message: The document type declaration for root element type “html” must end with ‘>’.

Anyone have any simple answers? I have been trying some different things but no no avail. It can be so frustrating! Any help is greatly appreciated!

I had the same problem. If you tried to copy and paste the html without unzipping the file first, you will get that message. Try unzipping the file and then doing the copy/paste and see if it works.

Thanks DebtFreeDave! I have tried unzipping it and making sure that I have copied the entire file, and still no go. It seems now that every template that I try to upload is giving me the same error that the form is bad. I have read many other posts with the same problem, but there aren’t any simple solutions it seems. Thanks for the help though, and I like your site! I am also happily debt free! lol

I can’t replace the ad in the header. As you mentioned that the 1st “” would be it. But the one I’m geting is for the google adsense one. I m not getting anything before that

Why can’t I upload it? Error code bX-ev85ll

Scontipazzi, and everyone 4else having issues with uploading the templates.

Before you upload a template, delete all your widgets and revert your current template back to the generic minima blogger provides.

You have to start with a completely blank canvas in order to upload a new template.

Try it, it works.

If you are still having trouble, you may have some stray coding left from your widgets or old template. If this happens, revert your template to the old blogger style then re upgrade your template to minima.

Make sure you have expanded the templates before you begin your deletions. Stray coding can be left behind if you don’t.

This looks like a good template I might start to use with my own blog (Niche Blogs with Google AdSense.

I can’t change the banners ads in the header/title page and the six 125 x 125 ads in the template. It seems there’s a secret code there by the author(eblog). Sorry, but there’s no way, i only delete the ads in the template.

I easily removed the ads from my blog.

It is as easy as he makes it sound.

to find the code open up the template in note pad or word pad and type [ctrl] and [f] together.

In the search box which pops up insert the phrase “Replace with your ads” and click [search].

And there you go, that’s how to find the code.

You see the ads 125 x 125 cannot be replaced. they can be deleted. But replacing them poses another problem while uploading in google. the html code not complete and parsing errors etc. It seems, “jonvex” up there is facing a similar problem

Also the “blog mastermind” code in the header wrapper cannot be found. Can you please help.

they can be changed. Its very time consuming and tricky. the parse error message is a curious one. I got it the first few times and finally found my mistake. I have to take a brand new copy of the template and do a side by side comparison with my edited version. Took a couple hours.

I did place some ads there, but decided the space would be better served as a “recent posts” widget and a “recent articles on databases” widget.

I haven’t had time to go back and write the new code for that.

Been two busy with my three businesses to work on blog code. I should have time this Sunday afternoon to tinker with it.

after the design color codes at the top the first template coding starts this way. this is the first heading in the template:

A few lines below that you will find the Blogger mastermind ad:

Do keep in mind that there are more than one sections. So be sure to look in the very first section to find the code.

It is difficult to find at first, once you do spot it, you should have no problem finding it again.

Template is awesome and all of that.

But the instructions given up there regarding the replacement of ads are all bogus.They are completely misleading

The blog mastermind ad cannot be found at all. It has been masked.

It seems that this has been done to get mileage for their own ads. Else why is there no answer whatsoever on this despite my repeated pleas?

Honestly I think this is a self defeating policy which exposes the motive very dissapointingly.

Although the template is great, it seems that the motive is full of mischief
