Skittlish Theme

Click to enlarge

Skittlish is a fun, candy colored theme with seven color options. In addition, it has options for fluid or fixed widths. It is hatom supported and I put in some styling for an OpenID login form. It also supports the following plugins (included in the download). Make sure to check for the latest updates for these plugins.

  • Ultimate Tag Warrior
  • Similar Posts
  • Live Comment Preview
  • Gravatars
  • Get Recent Comments
  • OpenID plugin (included for the fun of it)

The above plugins do not have to be installed but their functions are supported.

I want to change the default color to blue. Could you tell me how to do it?

Hi Anurag-

The best way to change the default color to blue is to edit the /javascripts/app.js file. The folder is within the Skittlish folder and you’ll need to go down to line 75 and change

cookie = ‘fixed orange’;
TO
cookie = ‘fixed blue’;

This will set your default color to blue or whatever of the 7 colors (blue,cyan,green,orange,pink,red,violet) you choose to use.

Good luck!
